Magnet+ ensures a simple and reliable method of purifying genomic, plasmid and mitochondrial DNA, as well as RNA, proteins and cells, using magnetic beads.
Under optimized conditions, DNA selectively binds to the surface of the beads, while other contaminants stay in solution.
Purified DNA can then be used directly in a wide range of molecular biology applications such as sequencing or restriction digests.
PCR Magnet+ provides the same benefits for low-volume PCR clean-up (<300μl) and NGS library preparation.
